Shipping and Returns
All delivery time will depend on the type of shipping option you have selected at checkout. All times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed. You will receive your tracking number within 2 to 3 days if ordered on a work day otherwise please wait for following work day if ordered on a weekend. If 48 hours have passed and you have not received your tracking please send us an email and well gladly assist.
Please note CHICbyEVE can not be held liable for lost or stolen items during delivery & its up to the customer to follow tracking once you have received tracking.
International shipments may be subject to import taxes, vat or custom fees which the customer is liable for upon receipt please see lower for more info on this.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or charges once the package has left the warehouse. If you are unhappy with the delivery of your order, please contact the shipping company first.
Customers wishing to return merchandise must contact us via email on email@example.com within 2 days of receiving the parcel. If Chicbyeve.com is not contacted within 2 working days of how you would like to proceed or your return will not be valid. If an item is to be returned, the customer must ensure all the original packing, labels, sanitary stickers, etc are intact. All items must be clean, unworn, unwashed, unused. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, refunds can not be made once items have left our warehouse, customers wanting to return will need to receive items and send it back to us.
It is absolutely important for us at CHICbyEVE that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, this is why we offer you a full refund or credit note for returns. All items on sale or if the item is no longer available on site after purchase or if item is discounted are a final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Cash refunds take 20 to 30 business days to be refunded,once items have been returned or unsuccessful in their delivery our finance team will start the refunding process and you will be contacted via email for further details. If you wish to exchange we will issue you with a coupon code for the amount purchased which you a free to use any time valid up to a year.
In cases which :
The item does not fit.
Not satisfied with the quality.
On the condition that :
Item has not been worn label is still attached.
No make up stains
Is not a sale item.
Items must be returned within 7 days.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
Depending on the value of your order, your package may or may not be charged customs or import taxes .In our experience, orders less than $40.00 are unlikely to be charged duties. However, if your parcel does incur duties its entirely up to you the receiver to cover these costs. We recommend contacting your local post office or customs office prior to ordering so you can clarify on what the charges are most likely to be.
